Spoon headgasket is also a laser welded and will raise your compression up slightly higher due to it's thinner design. The Spoon 2ply head gasket is measured at .45mm while the Mugen is measured at .47mm. Depending on your engines configuration, you can expect to raise compression levels by 0.3.
