AEM High Volume fuel rails feature a 1/2-inch fuel bore to support fuel flow for applications up to 1,000 horsepower. This large bore also dampens backpressure pulses created by larger injectors and works perfectly with stock injector sizes. An additional 1/8th NPT port is included to accommodate a nitrous set up or fuel pressure gauge. A custom fuel line fitting is included for the factory fuel line, and the ends of each rail are pre tapped to accept -6 AN or 9/16”x18 fittings for users who want to use custom fuel lines.

HOW IT WORKS

Once installed, the Water / Methanol Injection Kit uses a boost-dependent, variable-flow progressive controller to determine the amount of water / methanol mixture (up to 50%) to feed into the inlet stream from the included one- or five-gallon reservoir. The controller commands a progressive 150-PSI pump that delivers the mixture, and flow adjustments at the inlet are made via three included jets designed to match most engine power requirements. The result is significant horsepower gains using pump gas—at about half the cost of Racing Fuel.

You don’t have to worry whether AEM has your application because the Water / Methanol Injection Kit is designed to be universal for practically any vehicle. It includes everything you need to adapt it to your steed. Critical safety features are integrated into the system to virtually eliminate any chance of failure, including an integral fluid level sensor in the reservoir, a dash light to warn of low fluid level or error codes (including short circuits, battery voltage and more), and an additional output to either decrease ignition timing or boost if the system detects low fluid levels or a system error.

MEGAPOWER RR EXHAUST

Skunk2 is pleased to announce our all new line of 76mm (3 inch) Mega Power R exhaust systems. Skunk2 Mega Power R exhaust systems are based off of the exhaust systems we custom build for our road race and time attack cars. These systems are designed for highly modified naturally aspirated or turbocharged applications that require more exhaust flow than what is achievable with the our standard 60mm Mega Power and 70mm Mega Power R exhaust systems. Dyno-proven for maximum horsepower, Skunk2 Racing Mega Power R cat-back systems are constructed from T-304 stainless steel, are robotically TIG welded, and feature CNC mandrel bending which allows the tubing to maintain a constant diameter throughout. Each system is designed with oversized tubing and mufflers to achieve the additional flow that is required for high horsepower vehicles. A Skunk2 removable silencer and all necessary hardware are also included.

Skunk2 Racing Pro-Series valve springs are designed to handle the demands of extreme lift camshafts running at the prolonged high rpms of professional championship level racing. The Skunk2 Racing Pro-Series valves springs have been tested for use up to 11,000 rpm. The Japanese milled super clean chrome silicone wire is 100% eddy-current inspected before coiling. After the spring is coiled, it is heat treated, shot-peened, and further enhanced with an advanced proprietary chemical polishing and nitride process. The end result is a lightweight valve spring that will safely accommodate high lifts and has superior resistance to load loss even under extreme operating conditions. This type of performance is only possible because of the additional processing and stress relieving that goes into Skunk2 Racing Pro-Series valve springs allowing Pro Series Valve Springs to be made with less coils.
