About Ultra Racing company

Ultra Racing is one of the largest chassis strengthening component brand names in Southeast Asia. They recently expanded their headquarters and are now located at #25, Jalan Bukit Permai Tiga, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This new location gives the company a whole new look and creates new opportunities.

The product design, research and manufacture are all carried out in-house by the parent company called Ultra Racing Product Supplies located at the headquarters. More than 900 different kinds of chassis strengthening products are in stock at any time at the headquarters.

In 2002, Ultra Racing was the first company in Malaysia to introduce after-market Fender Bars to their chassis strengthening line up. The first generation Fender Bars were designed for the Proton Iswara, with the intention of strengthening the front overhangs on both side of the vehicle. The first generation Ultra Racing Fender Bar utilises two mounting points, one on the hinge of the front door and the other on the overhang structure itself. Therefore, it is called a 2-point Fender Bar. The design of the Fender Bar was improved to 3-points in 2003. They now carry more load from the vehicle's front overhang thus providing better performance and safety.

Ultra Racing also have other chassis strengthening products such as Front Strut bars, Rear Strut bars, Rear Upper bars, Room bars, Lower Arm bars or Lower tie bars and Anti-roll bars or Sway bars.

The PERRIN™ oil catch can kit removes and stores all oil vapor expelled by your turbo charged motor before it can harm your cars performance. Turbo charged engines are prone to the accumulation of an oil sludge mixture inside the intake tract. Oil vapor is forced out of the cylinder head and directed through vacuum hose into the intake system to meet clean air regulations. The added oil within the intake system can lower the octane rating of your fuel and create a carbon, oil sludge build-up in your intake system. Oil vapor condenses onto all surfaces within your intercooler and intake system lowering the thermal efficiency of your intercooler. The PERRIN Performance™ oil catch can will remove and hold this oily byproduct prior to the intake air stream. Eliminating the engines current requirement to try and reburn this relatively noncombustible oil will increase horsepower and performance. Easy to clean, empty and maintain. The GSC Power-Division S1 cams for the Mitsu Evolution 4-8 are designed for those with the stock turbo up to the GT30/50Trim. These cams will not sacrifice any bottom end loss over stock cams; nothing but gains and will promote faster spooling of the upgraded turbos.

APP stainless steel brake line sets


Factory original brake hoses are made of rubber. Rubber is not good at heat resistance and it will be swollen by hot brake fluid when the car is driven hard. As a result, more brake fluid has to go into the hose, which means brake pedal has to be pushed deeper even the actual brake performance is the same. This causes the difficult control of the brake pedal and accurate brake control won't be expected.
On the other hand, APP BRAKE LINE uses strong Teflon tube, which is wrapped by stainless mesh and also clear-coated on it. Thanks for this design, APP BRAKE LINE hardly changes in shape even with high fluid pressure. The pedal pressure will go directly to the brake calipers without any loss. You'll feel much better brake pedal touch with this high performance brake lines on your car.

APP clutch line kit


Normally factory original clutch line consists of steel pipe and rubber hose, and pipe layout is very complicated and long. APP designed the best line layout for each car and uses stainless mesh hoses for direct clutch feeling.
This hose uses Teflon tube for inner material and is wrapped by clear coated stainless mesh. For the end fittings, high quality stainless fittings are pressed on to the hose and offering excellent anti-corrosion performance and durability.
Of course each hose is specially designed for each specific car, so that they are bolted onto the system quite easily.
Two types available specific for vehicle:
type A: This type replaces whole clutch line from master cylinder to slave cylinder.
type G: This type replaces only stock rubber hose part.

Toda racing adjustable cam gear for K20A



TODA Racing campulleys allow precise tuning of camshaft timing. Adjustable campulleys are essential when using Toda Camshafts or any non-stock performance camshaft. TODA campulleys are made completely from 7075 aluminum while our competitors use 6061. 6061 is a cheaper grade of aluminum and is easier to produce on CNC machines, therefore is cheaper to produce. 7075 is a more expensive and higher grade of aluminum commonly found on fighter aircraft landing gear or other high stress areas. The use of 7075 aluminum allows TODA Racing to offer the strongest and lightest campulley on the market. In addition, our advanced timing degree system makes TODA campulleys the most accurate on the market. For long term durability the timing marks are machined into the metal, not painted on, or silk screened, therefore they will not rub off with age.

Some aftermarket campulleys use connecting bolts that are not compatible with TODA camshafts. The use of these bolts could damage the TODA camshafts. If you plan to use TODA camshafts, Toda only recommend using TODA campulleys to prevent damage to the camshafts.

EBC red stuff front/rear brake pad for DC5


High Performance LOWEST DUST rating pads for Prestige imports and faster street driving.

There are TWO reasons our customers love Redstuff, First because they are the lowest dust pad we have encountered by reducing dust by 60-90%. Plus the minimal dust you see is very easily removed with a simple sponge wash as it contains no steel fibre particles as in ALL OTHER pads. Second they brake like an alligator right from cold (as good as Original pads or better) and just get better as they heat up.

This material is a Kevlar® fibre based brake compound enhanced with ceramic particles. If you have previously tried EBC redstuff (pre-ceramic compound) this material is light years ahead. It lasts longer, it brakes better and is quieter.
Being a hard wearing pad, bed-in times can be as long as 1000 miles and drivers must be patient until the pad takes up the shape of their disc (brake rotor). This is a truly impressive fast road pad for repeated heavy braking.

It emits far less dust than semi-metallic pads and has been proven to stop a passenger car/sedan/sport compact/hot hatch 13 metres quicker than OEM pads from 100mph/160kph. Features EBC Brake-In surface coating which conditions rotor surface and accelerates pad bed-in. Nominal friction coefficient 0.5 with approx. 50% dust reduction.
